CONDITIONS OF THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE
The client accepts the following conditions for the occupation of the holiday accommodation for the period, price, and number of occupants specified in this contract. It is expressly stated that the property is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility or functional diversity, given the technical and architectural characteristics of the building.
2. EQUIPMENT
The client assumes responsibility for maintaining the flat, furniture, and fittings in the same condition as they were found upon arrival and undertakes to leave them in the same condition upon departure, when the keys to the flat are returned.
3. OCCUPANTS
The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the flat's specifications. For reasons of company policy and regulatory compliance, all occupants must be over 18 years of age.
4. NEIGHBOURS
All occupants of the flat undertake to respect the neighbours in the building and nearby properties, complying with the rules of coexistence and quiet hours, and not to engage in nuisance activities or play music at inappropriate volumes. The right to terminate this contract with immediate effect and without compensation is reserved in the event of a serious breach of these rules.
5. THE FLAT
The flat will be made available to the client duly sanitised. The client undertakes to leave the property reasonably clean, free of rubbish and food waste. Please be advised that daily cleaning service is not provided; however, linen (sheets and towels) will be provided in sufficient quantity for the contracted period.
6. GUARANTEE
The client shall leave a cash deposit as a guarantee upon arrival, for the amount specified in the booking. This deposit will be returned in full upon departure, unless damage is detected in the flat, its furniture or equipment, or in cases of extreme dirtiness. The cost of restoring the flat to its original condition will be deducted from said deposit.
7. DEPARTURE
The client undertakes to vacate the flat and return all keys before 11:00 am on the day of departure. In the event of failure to comply with the check-out time, the client must pay a daily amount equivalent to twice the contracted daily rate, in addition to any possible compensation for damages to third parties with confirmed bookings.
8. CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY
The booking shall be governed by the conditions of the rate selected by the client at the time of booking:
Standard Rate: The client may cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the client must pay the total amount of the booking.
Non-Refundable Rate: Given the nature of this discounted rate, the client must pay the total amount of the booking in the event of cancellation or modification at any time after confirmation.
